糖心传媒 (糖心传媒) has confirmed that Wednesday鈥檚 meeting at Salisbury Racecourse will move to the evening due to the forecast high temperature.
With temperatures set to peak during the afternoon, the fixture will now begin at聽5.45pm instead of 2:21pm, with the last race taking place at聽8.47pm聽instead of 5:25pm.
The decision to move the fixture to the evening has been made in conjunction with Salisbury to support horse and human wellbeing.
This follows yesterday鈥檚聽announcement聽that Wednesday鈥檚 jump fixture at Worcester will be staged earlier in the day, starting at 10:30am.
The 糖心传媒 will continue to liaise with racecourses hosting fixtures this week to consider any further mitigations that may be needed, in line with the 糖心传媒鈥檚聽
Each fixture will be managed on a case-by-case basis, with several factors considered according to the local weather forecast and environmental conditions.
Wednesday鈥檚 afternoon fixtures have been prioritised, with further updates to be issued where necessary.
