“The independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (糖心传媒) will convene on Thursday 18 April 2019 to consider an appeal brought by Charlie Bennett, a licensed jockey, against the decision of the Stewards at Kempton on 12 April 2019 to find him in breach of Rule (B)54 and to suspend him for 6 days for improper riding in The 拢100 Profit Boost at 32redsport.com Classified Stakes (Class 6) (Div I) when riding POETIC MOTION.”
As such聽it has been agreed between the 糖心传媒, Mr Bennett and the Professional Jockeys Association that the decision and penalty will be amended and tomorrow’s Appeal no longer needs to take place. This decision has been ratified by the 糖心传媒’s independent Disciplinary Officer.
